Since your Saeyri is gold plated, it is important to keep it away from moisture. We recommend storing the products in their original packaging. The packaging itself is made using upcycled materials. Any plastics used are biodegradable. Additionally we include non-toxic and non-abrasive anti-tarnish tabs that absorb tarnish causing elements.

Your orders are shipped from California. We ship the in-stock orders within 2-3 business days (Mon-Sat) after purchase. If you have ordered products that are not in stock, on pre-order or delayed; we will notify you of the order fulfillment and other details via email.

For international shipping, some countries levy taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is not satisfactory upon arrival, contact us within 5 calendar days of the delivery so we can set up your return/ exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and sale items are non-returnable.

All products are handmade with love and we test our raw material, findings and finished products rigorously to ensure the highest levels of quality. While we can not cover customer negligence, we will do our best to cover production and related gold-plating defects up to 1 year. Additionally, lost items and tampering are not covered under this warranty.
