Returns and Exchange Policy
If an item is not satisfactory upon arrival, contact us immediately so we can set up your return/ exchange. You must contact us about your return/exchange within 5 calendar days of receipt of your purchase.

If the returned item was shipped out on a free shipping promotion, we will credit your account with the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping.

Any Sale items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.

Before returning your item

• Please first send a brief e-mail and include your name, the item, and invoice number. We will not be able to accept any unauthorized returns.
• Please ensure that items returned are unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please pack your return item safely  and return your order with an insured & trackable courier, and keep your receipt. Saeyri  is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We will also not be able to accept returns of damaged items.
• Please include a note with your name and invoice number, and once we receive your return,we will issue the refund to the purchase price to your original method of payment. Purchase price does not include the shipping charges paid.
